My Will

“The soul can never be cut into pieces by any weapon, nor can it be burned by fire, nor moistened by water, nor withered by the wind.”                      — Bhagavad Gita, 2:23

Sometimes, it can be hard to know what we want out of life. Yet, it is wise to think about what we want after life, and let that be known to all those concerned; hence, this webpage.

On Organs

I am a registered organ donor, as stated on my driver’s license. And even though my nears and dears might want otherwise, I insist that my organs be donated, so that these organs may still live in another human being, and hopefully give him or her a healthy life.

On Cremation

“… because we rise from the ashes, and into the ashes we must go … “

No tree need be cut to return this body into ashes. My soul will be more than happy with an electric cremation (heck, after all, what better way for this Electrical Engineering degree holder!).

The location of the ceremony is irrelevant, since I consider myself a citizen of this world. All I hope is that it is in a land of free, liberated people and in a secular state.

On Euthanasia

If at any point in my life, comes a time where it should become difficult and needless to maintain the existence of this body, when this body is no more able to serve its own purpose any more, nor is able to give anything more to this society from which it has received everything, it shall be appropriate to end this journey.

On this Will

Last but not the least, these are mere guidelines, and wishes. This will does not, and cannot, hold a higher priority than the greater good of all living beings, human or otherwise.
